  • Provide nutrition and dietetic services to adults and carers at Chesterfield Royal Hospital and other sites in North Derbyshire.
  • Initiate and manage nutrition care plans for adults with complex nutritional needs during their hospital stay.
  • Engage in artificial nutrition support decision making as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver client-centred nutrition and dietetic services tailored to individual patient needs across various locations.
  • Accurately collect and manage relevant activity data for service monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  • Collaborate with the dietetic team to develop evidence-based dietary information.
  • Step in to provide cover for senior dietetic colleagues as needed.
  • Work alongside nutrition and dietetic teams, as well as catering staff, to design menus that meet the needs of inpatients.
