📍 WPS ¦ 🛠️ Responsive Maintenance ¦ 💼 Leadership OpportunityAre you ready to lead with purpose and make a real impact in your community? 💪 WPS is looking for a dynamic and driven Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Finsbury Park!This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within our WPS business, supporting the delivery of high-quality repairs and maintenance services across Voids, Disrepair, Day-to-Day Repairs and Planned Works.🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:
  • 🚀 Supporting the Project Lead and managing a team of operatives, administrators, and subcontractors
  • 📋 Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and exceeds customer expectations
  • 🧰 Overseeing daily operations and resource planning
  • 🛡️ Leading on health & safety compliance and quality control
  • 📈 Reporting on performance, productivity, and service outcomes
  • 💬 Liaising with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • 🧱 Trade background with SSSTS, Asbestos Awareness & Scaffold Inspection
  • 🧠 Strong knowledge of housing maintenance legislation and SOR codes
  • 💬 Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • 💻 Confident with Microsoft Office and reporting tools
  • 🧭 Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
