- Assisting and supporting the National Corporate Simplification team.
- Preparing engagement letters and ancillary documents.
- Preparing statutory documentation for our appointment as liquidators.
- Preparing letters and reports for shareholders and other stakeholders.
- Producing letters to creditors' employees etc.
- Corresponding and liaising with HMRC to obtain tax clearance to close cases.
- Inputting data onto the internal systems, IPS and Virtual Cabinet.
- MVL experience preferred but not essential as there are opportunities to develop skills in this area.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills essential.
