- Managing and growing strong relationships with key automotive fleet customers
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities to increase fleet vehicle sales
- Providing expert knowledge of the brand, their model range, and market positioning
- Delivering high-quality digital sales experiences and customer service
- Collaborating with leasing companies, dealerships, and other industry stakeholders
- Analysing customer data to generate insights to inform sales strategies
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong track record in sales growth
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills with the ability to hold credible conversations with key decision makers
- An understanding of B2B consultative selling and the ability to tailor conversations to business needs
- Ability to problem-solve and think creatively to meet customer and client needs
- Strong data management skills and experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, target-driven environment
- Previous experience in fleet sales, fleet management, contract hire & leasing, or dealership account management is desirable
