- Individuals who can demonstrate the drive, energy and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to an already existing and prospective client base.
- A confident personality who can work well within a team environment but can also work just as well as an individual and be comfortable dealing with people over the telephone
- Someone who is bright and engaging and shows initiative and has a “can do” attitude
- Good interpersonal skills, communication skills, & relationship building abilities.
- Sales and/or customer service experience is desirable; however, insurance experience is not essential
