- Independently manage a broad caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration, and LPAs
- Deliver tailored legal advice with a focus on building long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and ensure seamless client service
- Support and mentor junior team members to aid their development
- Engage in business development activities and contribute to the strategic growth of the department
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years PQE in private client law
- Confident in handling complex estate and succession planning matters
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A client-centric mindset with a proactive, solutions-led approach
