We're hiring! Join our clients team as a Sales Administrator in Milton Keynes!Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Look no further! Our client is an established SME seeking a talented individual to join their small, friendly team.Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm⌛️ Full-time position: 40 hours per weekFully office-based roleAs a Sales Administrator, you will have a range of responsibilities, including:Raising sales quotations to customersProcessing sales orders and providing order acknowledgementsHandling customer queries via phone and emailFollowing up with lapsed and existing customersEnsuring correct pricing and discounts are appliedManaging customer returns and adhering to the correct processMaintaining data on SAPCollaborating with Operations, Accounts/Finance, and Supply Chain departmentsAnswering phones within a 3-ring limitIn addition, you will:Provide support to the Sales ManagersCarry out ad hoc administrative dutiesHandle incoming sales callsUpdate admin trackersManage back ordersProcess returnsHandle export salesMeet and greet visitorsProvide cover for colleagues during holidays or sicknessRequirements:Intermediate Excel skillsSAP experience (desirable)If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity, apply now!Please note that at times due to the volume of applications we may not be able to respond to each person individually.
