The Company offers a wide range of critical components and engineered solutions that connect, protect, and purify our world.OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Maintenance Lead to take ownership of the site’s maintenance function – leading from the front, improving equipment reliability, and supporting production through hands-on leadership.Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.What you’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading the maintenance team and owning the delivery of all maintenance activity
  • Driving a proactive, planned maintenance culture and reducing unplanned downtime
  • Leading root cause analysis and delivering permanent fixes to recurring issues
  • Supporting engineering upgrades and small-to-mid scale site projects
  • Ensuring safe systems of work, audit readiness, and equipment compliance
  • Working across teams to ensure production targets can be met consistently
  • Supporting a culture of continuous improvement and equipment reliability
What we are looking for:
  • Time-served engineer with a strong electrical or mechanical bias, and solid experience fault-finding across both disciplines
  • ONC, HNC or Degree in a relevant field
  • Experience leading or supervising in a hands-on maintenance environment
  • Good knowledge of TPM, PPM or other asset care models
  • Clear communicator who works well under pressure
  • Proactive and organised with a strong sense of ownership
It would be great if you also have:
  • Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement experience
  • Familiarity with SAP PM or another maintenance management system
  • Experience working with suppliers, contractors, or tooling procurement
