- Serve as the point of contact for the Planning Team, offering assistance, guidance, and advice primarily regarding pipeline and asset monitoring.
- Collaborate and communicate with management, relationship managers, and Planning team members to lead various reporting and initiatives relevant to structured finance business and new business development.
- Review customer exposure and profitability to identify underperforming customers and transactions for potential sale and distribution, utilizing various metrics.
- Communicate with LCM and gather necessary information for investors and to support the due diligence process.
- Lead the preparation and oversight of regular Planning Reports, including weekly, monthly, and other periodic reports. This may include:
Projections, Deal Pipeline, Deal of the Month, Key Initiatives, Good Control, Double Count
Applications, Self-Assessment materials.
- Provide support for credit monitoring
- Proficiency in Japanese language for communication with various headquarters functions (Preferred)
- Knowledge and experience in Corporate Finance and/or Project Finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft products and software such as PowerBI, Tableau or SQL
- Understanding of capital market products including derivatives, DCM, and securitizations desirable.
- Understanding of the asset management business desirable.
