- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and colleagues

- Maintain accurate records in line with company procedures
- Work as part of a motivated and target-driven team
- Proven experience in residential property sales
- Excellent sales and negotiation abilities
- High standard of customer service skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of the Watford area advantageous
- Full driving licence essential
- Own car required
