- Managing and coordinating projects from concept to installation
- Site assessments and structural investigations
- Supporting design work and preparing method statements
- Liaising with subcontractors, supply chain, and clients
- Contributing to client proposals and building long-term relationships
- Taking a future-facing role in managing digital content (e.g., website and social media) and client engagement
- Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Has some experience or academic exposure to bridge design and the DMRB
- Is interested in developing their commercial and client-facing skills, not just their technical ones
- Is confident communicating with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
- Enjoys problem solving and seeing projects through to delivery
- Has an interest in growing their influence beyond engineering – perhaps through marketing, business development, or customer engagement
