- Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the designated territory or market segment.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring repeat business and upselling opportunities are maximized.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and achieve sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and sales pipeline updates.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the sales manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with the company's products/services, industry trends, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Proven track record in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
