Elements have an immediate need for a Talent Partner with a strong background in hiring software engineers within high profile, scaling tech companies, across UK & Europe.This position is offered as a 6-month fixed term, remote based with hybrid working 1 day in London office.Elements are the pioneers of embedded talent. Working for elements allows you to have the best of both worlds, supporting incredible brands and working alongside our internal team and the wider support network here at Elements.About the RoleAs a Software Engineering, Talent Partner at Elements, you’ll partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business to deliver high quality hiring strategies for a variety of junior to senior software engineering roles. You’ll have the opportunity to design innovative sourcing approaches, build diverse talent pipelines, and provide a unique candidate experience within a fast paced, world leading, dynamic tech environment.What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage end to end recruitment for software engineering roles, working as part of a larger Talent Acquisition team.
  • Partner with company stakeholders to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
  • Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, other AI sourcing products and talent mapping platforms.
  • Deliver against volume recruitment targets while maintaining quality.
  • Use ATS systems and data insights to track progress, improve processes, and share hiring metrics with stakeholders.
  • Champion employer branding and diversity initiatives to attract top software engineering talent into the business.
  • Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
RequirementsAbout You
  • Proven experience recruiting software engineering roles, across Europe for a high-profile tech brand.
  • Strong background hiring for tech companies (SaaS, Tech, or high growth scale ups).
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, confident working with senior leaders.
  • Comfortable managing high volume and senior level recruitment while maintaining quality and speed.
  • Proficient with ATS systems and data driven recruitment practices.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and building strong talent communities.
