- Manage end to end recruitment for software engineering roles, working as part of a larger Talent Acquisition team.
- Partner with company stakeholders to understand workforce planning and role requirements.
- Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, other AI sourcing products and talent mapping platforms.
- Deliver against volume recruitment targets while maintaining quality.
- Use ATS systems and data insights to track progress, improve processes, and share hiring metrics with stakeholders.
- Champion employer branding and diversity initiatives to attract top software engineering talent into the business.
- Provide market insights to influence hiring decisions and talent strategies.
- Proven experience recruiting software engineering roles, across Europe for a high-profile tech brand.
- Strong background hiring for tech companies (SaaS, Tech, or high growth scale ups).
- Skilled in stakeholder management, confident working with senior leaders.
- Comfortable managing high volume and senior level recruitment while maintaining quality and speed.
- Proficient with ATS systems and data driven recruitment practices.
- Excellent communication, relationship building, and influencing skills.
- Passionate about candidate experience and building strong talent communities.
