From concept to completion, their work is fast-paced, collaborative, and always tailored to the client's brand vision.We're growing - and we're now on the lookout for a talented Design Manager to join our London team and lead design delivery for major large scale projects.About the Role:As a Design Manager, you'll oversee the end-to-end design process across multiple large scale projects, ensuring that each space is functional, brand-aligned, and delivered on time. You'll work closely with our internal teams, client stakeholders, and consultants to translate strategy into reality -managing everything from technical drawings to design approvals.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate all design stages across retail fit-outs and refurbishmentsManage relationships with clients, architects, and suppliersEnsure all designs comply with regulations, client standards, and brand guidelinesCollaborate with project and construction teams to deliver seamless executionOversee value engineering and resolve on-site design issues quicklyProduce and review technical drawings and specificationsWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience in retail design managementBackground in architecture, interior design, or technical designStrong knowledge of UK building regs and standards.Excellent management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design toolsThe role offers a number of company benefits.
