- Support the manager and associate director with day-day publisher relationships - be the key point of contact for day-to-day supply queries
- Process media bookings through internal systems (Radia/ PRISMA)
- Management of creative approval process
- Follow the Group M partnerships finance processes to ensure accurate tracking of delivery, reconciliations, and billings
- Tracking of supply delivery, quality, and platform controls (caps)
- Provide reporting updates to the wider team that can be used in internal meetings
- Provide updates on media landscape news and opportunities with new and potential supply partners
- Attend and contribute to supply partner meetings
- Challenge external partners on supply quality, new opportunities and insights
- Provide reporting to help support external meetings with suppliers in monthly, quarterly and yearly reviews
- Ensure regular communication with our partners in regard to bookings, reconciliations and deal tracking
- Ensure we setup new media partnerships that provide the best quality and highest performing inventory from all suppliers
- Building strong relationships with media suppliers through regular meetings, comms and attending relevant events and meetings
- Support the Manager as the point of contact for our GPS products
- Attend relevant Finecast/ Xaxis meetings related to supply source management
- Support the onboarding of new suppliers by gathering key audience insights, programming, device information
- Involved in monthly evaluation process of all suppliers, working with media account management and analyst team where we plan for future month investment
- Ensuring that we are tracking and using all owed value across the year
