
Regional F&B Operations Manager (Scotland)

- Partner with the Regional Director and casino management teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality F&B services across the region's casinos.
- Manage your region delivering exceptional operational standards, quality food and beverage and service levels always identifying areas for improvement and helping share best practice across your region and beyond.
- Support the implementation of F&B policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance across the region.
- Analyse F&B performance metrics (e.g., revenue, margins, waste, and customer satisfaction) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Work with casino managers to develop and execute strategies to drive F&B revenue growth and improve profitability.
- Support the development and launch of new F&B products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback with the casino management teams to identify areas for improvement in the F&B offering.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a seamless and memorable customer experience across all F&B touchpoints.
- Champion initiatives to enhance service quality, menu innovation, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Share best practices and provide coaching to casino managers and F&B staff to drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with casino managers, F&B teams, and central support functions to foster collaboration and national/regional alignment.
- Act as the key point of contact for F&B-related queries and initiatives within the region.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the successful delivery of F&B objectives.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations, including food safety, menu development, and customer service.
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with operational teams to drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior F&B role within the hospitality, leisure, or gaming industry.
- Proven track record of driving F&B performance and profitability in a multi-site environment.
- Experience in menu delivery , cost control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in training and developing F&B teams (desirable).
