We're Nter Talent, proudly supporting a well-known retailer in the search for a Operations Manager to oversee their busy distribution centre in Waltham Cross.The role:
You’ll take the reins of the late shift operation, leading your team to deliver smooth, efficient, and high-performing warehouse and distribution processes. Working 9pm to 6am across any 5 nights from 7, you’ll be a key part of ensuring store deliveries go out on time and service levels are consistently met.Key responsibilities:Manage and motivate a large team of operatives, supervisors, and shift leadsOversee goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch functionsDrive performance, quality, and compliance across the shiftWork closely with senior site leadership to meet KPIs and service targetsEnsure a safe, well-organised working environment and support continuous improvementAbout you:Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail, eCommerce, or logistics DCStrong understanding of warehouse processes and shift operationsNatural leader with excellent people management and communication skillsComfortable making decisions in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environmentFlexible, solutions-focused and hands-on approachWhat’s on offer:Competitive salary of £50,000 – £54,000A role with real impact and autonomyThe chance to join a growing retailer with a strong brand and stable operationSupportive culture and opportunity for progressionReady to lead from the front and make nights run like clockwork?
