
Senior Asset Manager - Operational Real Estate

- Supporting the Senior Fund Manager in delivering fund performance
- Interrogating operator business plans to maximise asset performance
- Identifying and executing value-add opportunities across the portfolio
- Managing third parties on rent reviews, lease renewals and void re-lettings
- Liaising with valuers, managing agents and solicitors to support fund operations
- Preparing and delivering business plans aligned with fund objectives
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key advisors and operators
- Collaborating across teams to ensure consistent and effective asset management
- Holding MRICS qualification with 5-10 years post-qualified experience
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of operational assets and alternative sectors
- Bringing an innovative and energetic approach to asset value creation
- Possessing excellent academic background with numerical aptitude
- Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Communicating clearly and working collaboratively across stakeholders
- Showing IT literacy and confidence in using relevant systems
