Working DutiesAs a consultant, you will be part of an established team dedicated to providing the right talent solution for your clients. You will work as a trusted advisor, guiding both your candidates and clients through the end-to-end hiring experience resulting in finding the right person for the right job.
  • Meeting clients and candidates to build and develop relationships
  • Carrying out business development and networking to attract business from client companies
  • Developing a good understanding of companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
  • Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
  • Building a portfolio by calling new potential clients which will generate new business
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews, and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client recruiting
  • Briefing candidates about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job in question
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants
  • Organising, informing, and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalising arrangements between client and candidates
  • Working towards and exceeding targets
