Panel Beater needed, in Nottingham:
  • Basic Salary: Circa £45,000
  • OTE: £52,000
  • Monday - Friday : 8:00am - 5:00pm
  • No Weekends

Key Responsibilities as the successful Panel Beater:
  • Repair or replace damaged vehicle panels using jigs, fixtures, welding equipment, and other approved tools in line with safety standards.
  • Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical bulletins, attending training when required to stay up to date with repair methods.
  • Handle vehicles with care to maintain customer satisfaction, ensuring company tools and equipment are kept in good condition.
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace and comply with all Health & Safety and housekeeping policies.
Major Requirements of this Panel Beater role:
  • Skilled in vehicle panel repair and replacement, with experience using jigs, fixtures, and welding equipment to manufacturer standards.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience is essential, and ATA Accreditation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical bulletins, repair methods, and Health & Safety procedures, with a commitment to continuous training and development.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and maintaining tools/equipment in good condition.
