  • An exciting opportunity to gain experience and client exposure in a growing early-stage team
  • Working closely to support the Partner in growing the firm's US practice
  • Negotiating key agreements with support
  • Working with emerging companies through all stages of growth and financing
  • Advising start-ups on funding rounds from Series Seed to Series E
You
  • US qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
  • Demonstrable interest in working with emerging companies
  • Experience in executing Delaware flips would be an advantage
