Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualised support to students, ensuring they can engage effectively with learning.
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and classroom activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) where required.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting on a 1:1 basis.
  • Relevant qualifications are preferred.
  • A passion for supporting young learners and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
