In this role, you will collaborate closely with passionate educators to support our amazing students, ensuring they receive the best possible educational experience.Key Responsibilities of a SEN TA:
- Provide focused assistance to students with SEMH needs, including ADHD and potential self-harming behaviors.
- Support students across Key Stages 1 and 2, adapting to their various educational needs.
- Utilize your expertise to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
- Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to implement tailored support plans and interventions.
- Build positive relationships with students, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.

- Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Must have Nappy Changing Experience.

- Relevant qualifications and/or training in education, SEN, or child development are desirable.
