We’re seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join schools in Radlett, providing tailored one-to-one support that helps pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.Key Responsibilities
- Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs, assisting their learning and personal development
- Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and bespoke learning activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and essential life skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to monitor progress and adapt strategies
- Create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
- Experience supporting children with SEND is desirable but not essential
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to helping children succeed
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- Dedicated to safeguarding, inclusion, and pupil wellbeing
- A full driving licence is beneficial for travel between sites
