- Answering inbound Customer Service calls
- Processing sales orders
- Answering product queries
- Responding to web enquiries, including processing web orders
- Resolving invoice and account enquiries
- Liaising with couriers via telephone and website on outgoing and incoming deliveries
- Coordinating returns and refunds
- Answering webchat enquiries
- Processing incoming payments, managing refunds, cheque processing
- Experience in a Customer Service focused role
- Strong communication skills
- Good IT skills to learn new systems
- A team player with a can-do attitude
