Managing relationships with suppliers, mapping, drafting and amending relevant contractual documentation and relevant PO/Invoices management supporting MSC Relationship managers and Contract and Business Development Managers.This position reports to Elena Gilardi, Head of Contracts and Tender Europe and is part of the EU Sales, Ops and Enablement organisation. This position is an on-site role and will be based in Little Chalfont, Amersham. The ability to travel from time to time is required to meet with suppliers and to participate in supplier and customers governance meetings.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Manage and ensure delivery of third-party subcontract services
  • Reviewing and drafting relevant contractual documentation by reflecting tender specification ensuring relevant KPIs
  • Run audit check on third party suppliers service
  • Negotiating service, prices and KPIs
  • Being a reference point for third party suppliers and collaborating with internal MSC back-office team and Contracts Manager
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Negotiation & contractual relationship Skills
  • Project management skills
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
  • Requirement to travel periodically within the UKI
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
  • Previous contractual roles
  • Experience in health care related environments
