- Prepare and manage accounting for executive compensation, including share-based payments and bonus accruals - IFRS 2.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide accurate financial data and insights.
- Support the preparation of financial statements related to executive compensation.
- Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors regarding compensation accounting matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in financial regulations affecting executive compensation.
- Provide detailed analysis and reports to senior management on compensation-related matters.
- Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- Experience in financial services, with a focus on compensation accounting ideal but equally from Blue-Chip or Commerce & Industry works if have relevant exposure.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, particularly IFRS 2.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
