This position offers exposure to various aspects of compliance in a scaling business, with flexible working arrangements.Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Analyst:
  • Support compliance monitoring activities and document findings
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on the business
  • Maintain and update the operational risk register
  • Provide day-to-day compliance guidance to teams across the business
  • Collaborate on projects, policy reviews, and training initiatives
Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Analyst role:
  • 1-3 years' experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory environments
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Degree level qualification (desirable)
