You’ll work in a genuinely impactful role where you’ll see the difference you make every day – plus, there’s loads of scope to grow, lead, and contribute to bigger wellbeing projects across one of the largest NHS Trusts in the country.All About YouHCPC-registered Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist or NMC-registered NurseSignificant experience in mental health and neurodiversity (Band 6 level or above)Skilled in conducting full mental health assessments, risk assessments and managing complex casesKnowledge of legislation including the Equality Act, RIDDOR, and GDPRExperience in delivering training and psychoeducation sessionsConfident in liaising with multidisciplinary teams, HR, and managementComfortable working autonomously across various sitesWhat will you be doing?Lead on mental health and neurodiversity assessments for NHS staffProvide case management advice on fitness for work and reasonable adjustmentsDeliver mental health training, facilitate debriefs, and support critical incidentsAct as a clinical lead for junior staff and support broader Employee Health and Wellbeing strategyWork with HR and management to develop mental health pathways and policyLiaise with external mental health services to support referralsConduct clinical audits and contribute to service improvement projectsRepresent the team in internal and external forumsWorking Hours and EnvironmentThis is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), with flexible delivery across NHS sites in the North West.
