  • Providing supervision in subject-area classrooms during teacher absences.
  • Ensuring completion of work within classes and supporting students as needed.
  • Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment through effective behavior management.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the availability of necessary resources and materials.
  • Sharing insightful observations with teachers regarding student engagement and progress.
  • Adhering to school regulations and fulfilling assigned duties diligently.
  • Offering guidance and assistance to students in addressing queries and challenges.
To be considered for this role, you should:
  • Be eligible to work legally in the UK.
  • Possess an updated Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to child safety and well-being.
  • Exhibit strong behavior management abilities and professionalism.
