About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our team from September 2025 for the full academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of learning during teacher absences. You will deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes across a range of subjects and year groups, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivering pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the classroom teacherManaging classroom behaviour in line with school policiesSupporting pupils to engage with learning and complete set tasksEnsuring a safe and positive learning environmentProviding feedback to teaching staff about lesson outcomesAbout You
