
Lettings Negotiator

- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Negotiating rental offers and agreeing lets
- Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation
- Maintaining accurate records and database updates
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the rental process
- Previous experience in lettings, sales, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- Confident, professional, and well-spoken
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong team spirit
- High levels of organisation and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the Bexleyheath / SE12 area is a plus
- Full UK driving licence is essential; own car preferred
- Excellent basic salary with uncapped commission (OTE £30k)
