The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MIG and TIG welding, fabrication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately.Key Responsibilities:Perform high-quality MIG and TIG welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminiumFabricate bespoke components and assemblies from engineering drawingsUse workshop tools and machinery (e.g. grinders, saws, press brakes, etc.)Carry out quality checks and ensure all work meets client and industry standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organised working environmentCollaborate with the wider fabrication and engineering team to meet project deadlinesSkills & Experience Required:Proven experience in MIG and TIG weldingStrong fabrication skills and confident with various materials and thicknessesAbility to read and interpret engineering and technical drawingsGood attention to detail and pride in producing clean, accurate weldsReliable, self-motivated, and a strong team playerRelevant qualifications or coding (advantageous but not essential)What’s on Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceOpportunities for training and progressionSupportive and experienced team environmentOngoing projects with a variety of interesting fabrication workINDKTT
