The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing market share and delivering outstanding customer service.You'll need to be well-spoken, professional, competitive, and confident-ready to take on a key role in a thriving branch.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers and closing deals
  • Managing relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
  • Growing market share through lead generation and follow-up
  • Assisting with lettings as required
  • Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the process
  • Working as part of a high-performing team
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
  • Previous experience as a Sales and / or Lettings Negotiator
  • Background in sales and/or customer service
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • High level of customer service and communication ability
  • Confident, articulate, and well-presented
  • Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Good local knowledge of Surbiton and surrounding areas (preferred)
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
  • Professional and proactive approach to estate agency
