You will be the 'face' of Land and New Homes within your region's New Homes Development sites and throughout our Estate Agencies. You’ll enjoy a role delivering maximum value for your developers whilst winning new projects and developments.To ensure our client value contribution continues to exceed industry standards, you will play a significant part in your identifying and brokering prospective residential development sites throughout Berkshire. You will enjoy the responsibility of the running the performance of one the UK's most innovative Land and New Homes agencies, providing a specialist management and business generation service.Your responsibilities extend to maximising both the income and profit for Spicerhaart's Land and New Homes team, reporting to the New Homes Director, Tom BatesonThis role is ideal to continue your Regional Director career, being responsible for the individual performance of a variety of area operations, Spicerhaart's 'stand alone' profitability, cost control, return on investment (both financially and in terms of man hours) and debt management. You will also be charged with the compliance and system performance, both internal and external, and involved in the development of the same to streamline business activities and maximise results.Your experience will help you in creating and producing centralised, client-facing marketing, allowing you the freedom of working with the in-house marketing department, involving exciting PR opportunities. Qualifications - the "fit"This role is ideal if you have are a current Regional Sales Director, or training towards, within the Land and New Homes division. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and nurturing relationships with your clients. You will be the ideal candidate if you will have a real passion for your work and demonstrate to us how you would embed this passion within your new role. You will also be both results orientated and be able to embrace accountability and responsibility.   • Proven track record within a similar role in the Land and New Homes sector
  • Consistent track record of achieving your goals within an Estate Agency or New Homes Development
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to market and developer needs
