
Payroll Analyst

- Be accountable for the successful delivery of our European payrolls (with a primary focus on UK and Ireland).
- Manage the shared payroll mailbox and reply to queries in a professional and time sensitive manner.
- Prepare and review the monthly payroll files, calculations, and reconciliations within the deadlines
- Establish relationships and communicate effectively with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure services are performed at a high standard.
- Liaise with country specific authorities and provide payroll related information as required.
- Be a key contributor within the payroll team and be able to identify and implement improvements to processes ensuring the continuous delivery of payroll services.
- Maintain policies and procedures for each designated country.
- Other ad hoc duties and assistance on projects as required
- Proven EMEA payroll experience
- Experience of working with third party payroll providers
- Experience in relation to Sox Compliance & GDPR
- Experience with running payroll processes in a retail environment
- A positive 'can do' attitude, identifying problems and providing solutions
- A 'hands-on' attitude and willingness to work with their own initiative
- An analytical mind and a service delivery focus
- The ability to influence others and gain trust and support of key stakeholders
- Bi-lingual language skills (French or German preferred, in addition to English)
- A strong knowledge of European payrolls and local regulations
- Good working knowledge of Excel (vlookup and pivot tables)
- The ability to work in a fast-paced payroll environment
- Hybrid working (3 days working from the office, 2 days remote)
