We are looking to employ a hardworking, conscientious individual who will work as Clinical Team Administrator within the team at the older person's community team at Bowes Lyon Unit, Lanchester Road Hospital Durham.The successful candidate will be required to deal with both incoming and outgoing telephone calls, cashiering, aspects of diary management, arranging meetings and general office duties.You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.Main duties of the jobThe successful applicant will ideally have an awareness of mental health issues and will be able to demonstrate a caring and sensitive approach to their work. They will have an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy. They will be able to effectively and clearly communicate with colleagues, service users and their families.As a team player, you'll be able to prioritise your work in order to meet deadlines and have a customer focused approach. Previous experience of working within the NHS is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.You are required to hold a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards this. Key skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 or O Level / GCSE in Maths and English grade C or above are required.
