A warm and welcoming family in Richmond, London, is seeking a part-time nanny-housekeeper to care for their toddler and two school-aged children, whilst maintaining their home to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be structured and confident with children, yet kind and good-natured. They will work collaboratively with the parents and become a valued member of the household. Punctuality and strong communication are essential, and the family would prefer someone with a good command of English and the ability to express their needs clearly. A confident driver would be ideal, and a valid first aid qualification is essential for this role.Working hours: Monday to Thursday/Friday, from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. For the right person, the family can offer 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.Duties include:
Assisting with the children's bath time routine
Dressing the children
Feeding the children and cleaning up after each meal
Taking the children to playdates
Preparing and organising age-appropriate activities
Engaging in play with the children
Supporting older children with homework
Ensuring the children are always happy, safe, and well cared for
Changing nappies and assisting the youngest child with potty/toilet training
Teaching general life skills, including basic hygiene and good manners
Overseeing general household care
Cooking meals for the family
Maintaining cleanliness of toilets and bathrooms
Doing the grocery shopping and running errands
Organising cupboards and changing bed sheets
