3rd Line Telecoms Engineer📍 Gateshead (Hybrid) | 💰 £37,000 + Car/Allowance | 🕒 Full-Time, PermanentOur clients are a national MSP with over 250 staff and 10 sites across the UK — and we’re looking for a skilled 3rd Line Telecoms Engineer to join their growing Unified Comms team in Gateshead.What You'll Do:Provide 3rd line support for VoIP, SIP, PBX, SBCs & connectivity
Escalation point for 1st/2nd line engineers
Deploy and support telecoms solutions across customer and internal networks
Work with platforms like 3CX, Mitel, Teams Direct Routing, etc.
Liaise with vendors, carriers, and clients to deliver top-tier service
Work with the Development team as well as the BAU team.What You’ll Need:Proven 3rd line telecoms/UC experience (MSP background ideal)
Strong knowledge of SIP, hosted VoIP, SBCs, firewalls, and networking (TCP/IP, QoS)
Experience with Teams Direct Routing, 3CX, Gamma Horizon, or similar
Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)What You’ll Get:💻 Hybrid working
