- Designing executive pay strategies - linking pay to corporate performance
- Advising on performance measures for incentive plans and modelling performance outcomes
- Advising on the implementation of cash and equity-based incentive plans, including tax, accounting, and funding considerations
- Drafting Directors' Remuneration Reports
- Investor relations consulting, including liaison with institutional investors
- Preparation and/or review of remuneration committee papers
- Executive and non-executive director pay benchmarking
- Proven experience in the area of executive compensation, including experience of playing a leading role in serving FTSE Main Market and AIM companies
- Deep technical skills on executive remuneration issues, including an understanding of the relevant legislation in this field (e.g., UK directors remuneration reporting regulations).
- Experience in winning, developing and maintaining client relationships, ideally within a consulting environment
- A professional and pro-active approach, to deliver client service that meets Deloitte's exceptional standards
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload with a flexible approach, ensuring deadlines are met
- Clear communication skills and ability to produce high quality, client facing, technically accurate, well written work
- Experience in effectively delegating work
- Excellent interpersonal skills - an ability to deal effectively and establish rapport with people at all levels (clients, partners and staff)
