- Define and maintain UP's IT application architecture in line with our product and business strategies
- Architect scalable, secure booking and payment systems within a unified digital ecosystem
- Collaborate with Product Managers to shape technically robust, value-driven solutions
- Provide architectural oversight and final sign-off on all on internal and 3rd party deliverables
- Ensure third-party teams follow best practices in scalability, security, and performance
- Drive high standards in system design, API development, documentation, and data architecture
- Lead vendor architecture reviews and continuously optimise delivery workflows
- Embed privacy, security, and compliance into all architecture decisions
- Own and evolve our architectural documentation, roadmaps, and decision records
- Strong experience in multinational, fast-paced organisations with a digital-first customer journey
- Extensive coding background in various languages and technologies (.NET & Python preferred)
- Experience with mobile strategy and modern mobile/open-source tech stacks
- Proven ability to engage with and lead distributed, remote, and offshore technical teams
- Hands-on experience re-platforming core applications (preferred)
- Experience integrating systems using APIs and microservices (preferred)
