*Pay Scale: In line with the Fringe Teachers' Pay ScaleAs a Teacher of DT, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5. You will play a key role in promoting creativity, problem-solving and technical skills in our students, ensuring they achieve their highest potential.Key Responsibilities:*Plan and deliver high-quality DT lessons that cater to a range of abilities
*Contribute to the development of an innovative DT curriculum
*Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback
*Engage in departmental activities and whole school initiatives
*Support and inspire students with a passion for design and innovationThe Ideal Candidate Will:*Be an excellent Teacher of DT with a record of success at secondary level
*Have the ability to teach across KS3 to KS5
*Possess strong classroom management skills
*Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and commitment to the subject
