- Adopt a consultative approach to work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements and provide functional solutions.
- Act as an evangelist for D365.
- Develop customised product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to showcase the value that our offerings provide.
- Assist to deliver compelling proposals and documentation to address prospect and client needs.
- Work closely with the product and development teams to stay updated on emerging technologies, product features and industry trends which add value to our proposition.
- Assist in responding to requests for proposals by providing details and functional information.
- Act as a trusted liason to ensure seamless transition from customer requirement identification to project delivery.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position our Dynamics solutions.
- Provide recommendations on products we should add to our stack to ensure we are on the front foot for adding value to sales propositions.
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities to maximise client value and drive growth across the wider portfolio of solutions and services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical consulting role.
- Experience working with clients from various industries to understand a broad range of needs.
- Ability to demonstrate aptitude to learn new products quickly and to apply this knowledge to client projects.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong technical knowledge of D365 Modules, customisations and configurations and Power Platform knowledge is essential.
- Business Central knowledge would also be desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Possess a client centric consultative approach to solution design.
- Willingness to travel if required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
