The Office Administrator is responsible for providing administrative duties within the International arm of the Global Auto Care business. You will be working with internal/external partners/sources/vendors along with providing ad hoc support in areas of reporting, analytics and transactions. The role will be a key contributor in supporting the operational duties that underpin our business.
  • Creating purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices between plant locations and customer.
  • Tackling queries from quality and warehouse regarding stock.
  • Updating SAP with key information.
  • Liaising with customer services and customers keeping them updated.
  • Liaising with the warehouse function on stock and stock analysis.
  • Purchasing raw materials both inventory and non-inventory to provide holiday cover.
  • Creating T cards to support the make to order process. Accountable for replenishment of cards.
  • Managing plan changes with the planning team.
  • Contribute to key operational meetings.
Temp to Perm|Full Time OpportunityRequired Skills and Experience
  • Strong analytic skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make recommendations.
  • Prior operational administration experience within manufacturing with internal and external manufacturing partners would be advantageous (But not Essential)
  • Good overall understanding of the supply chain process flows.
  • Excel skills with ability to analyse data and make recommendations
  • Ability to multitask and successfully develop and execute plans in a dynamic environment.
  • Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
