*Managing and supporting catering staff
*Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health & safety compliance
*Ordering stock and managing budgets effectively
*Delivering excellent customer serviceRequirements:*Previous experience in a catering management or supervisory role
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
- Enhanced DBS or willing to obtain one
- Up to date Safegaurding training
*Support from a dedicated agency team
