- Develop and grow the customer base in industrial power electronics, including inverters, drives, UPS, welding systems, and automation.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing design-in wins.
- Build trusted relationships with engineering, procurement, and decision-making teams.
- Deliver high-quality technical and commercial presentations to support sales efforts.
- Represent the client at customer visits, trade shows, and key industry events.
- Provide responsive follow-up and support for all customer inquiries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, technical, and marketing teams to align solutions with market requirements.
- A proven track record in business development or sales within the power electronics or semiconductor market.
- Hands-on experience with components and systems such as:
- IGBT Modules
- Industrial Motor Drives
- Welding Converters / Inverters
- High-Power UPS Systems
- HVDC Converters
- Power Assemblies
- Familiarity with applications and companies like Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, or similar.
- A proactive, strategic, and well-organised approach to managing a territory.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
