Join Dan y Coed School as a Learning Support Assistant!As we prepare for our pupils to return this September, we're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team.   • Support teachers with lesson planning, assessments, and creative learning approaches.
  • Provide high-quality support for small groups of pupils with ASD and complex needs.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues.
  • Help organise engaging off-site activities and experiences.
  • Support pupils with routines, breaks, and personal care where required.
  • Promote an inclusive and supportive environment that encourages progress and positivity.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) are valued, and we provide qualifications in 'Supporting Teaching and Learning'.
  • Experience with SEN/ASD is welcomed, but not essential-we'll provide full training and support.
