Pippa Pop-ins are looking for Qualified Level 2 and Level 3 practitioners to join the team at one of our nurseries in Fulham.Working Hours: 40 or 45 hours per week, term time only.Joining bonus payable after successful probation period - £1000 for qualified practitioners.Qualifications:
Minimum Level 2 Early Years Educator qualification (or other full and relevant Early Years qualification - check on gov.uk to see if your qualification is full and relevant:
) * Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Knowledge of child development theories and practices
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate activities, ensuring they are stimulating and engaging
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support children's individual needs
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
Ensure the nursery is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children
