- Process and maintain the purchase ledger, including matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist with credit control tasks, including chasing overdue payments and maintaining customer accounts
- Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
- Immediately available
- Previous experience in a finance or accounts role within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of purchase ledger and bank reconciliation processes
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
