It is part of Bouygues Construction which employs 35,600 people around the world, all driven by the greatest and most exciting responsibility of all - building for life.Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Building Services Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term construction projects in Exeter.Job Purpose:To manage the performance of MEP contractors on site in line with Health and Safety, programme and quality as well as managing the package interfaces, tech subs etc.Key Tasks:
  • To procure, coordinate, and supervise all MEP activities on site
  • Take responsibility for ensuring that MEP works undertaken on site are completed safely maintaining quality, programme and cost.
  • Review Method / Risk / Health and Safety statements
  • Quality Management of MEP installation instigating Test and Inspection Plan
  • Liaise on a day-to-day basis with other trades.
About You
  • MEP experience working with a main contractor or large MEP subcontractor
  • Proven experience in either Mechanical or Electrical
  • Relevant Building Services qualifications (Mechanical and Electrical)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • I.T. Literate
